All staff are friendly, helpful, and dedicated to their jobs. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. Some booking options include breakfast buffet (a $27 value in 2024). The restaurant is well priced compared with nearby restaurants, has good food, menu, and has a happy hour menu. The days I was there, had live entertainment. Beds and pillows comfortable. Accessible for those with walkers etc. It is pet (dog) friendly! I felt safe walking alone outside at night (hotel and waterfront area). Even the fussiest, grumpiest person should not give this hotel less than a 3 out of 5. I give it a 5/5.

The hotel is close to the harbor, where we were sailing out of for a cruise. We stayed in the hotel the entire time we were in Vancouver. Nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel has plenty of amenities. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I reserved and paid for a King and had to settle for a room with 2 double beds. We were given free breakfast vouchers for both mornings as compensation so that was a plus. Overall, this is a top notch hotel that is very convenient to the port and all of downtown.

This property is in a very good location. Walkable to restaurants and Harbor. The only thing I didn’t care for. The hotel needs a some TLC. I was only here for one night.

The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The room was a good size except for the tiny bathroom. Great location and amazing views from partial harbour side room. Great food in restaurant although limited in choice. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and ended on street. Limited info and no info the next day or apology or even a morning coffee to say have a good day. The staff didn’t follow fire precautions and told people to wait in lobby until fire dept had cleared building. Should have been across road. Lifts took over an hour to get people back to rooms. But… amazing location and felt very safe. Thank you.

Had a very nice overnight stay the night before we boarded our cruise ship. The weather was nice so we walked to the Canada Place building where we boarded the ship. The walk was only a few blocks. Had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. The hotel is very clean and well kept. We would recommend this hotel and it's restaurant.

Hotel is in a great location and we had a wonderful view of the mountains and water, float planes and cruises ships. It was easy to walk and get around the city. Restaurants and shops were everywhere. The staff, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all excellent Service was wonderful. The restaurant had a nice selection and they were very efficient. They had live music on the weekend nights.

Somewhat dated hotel but close to convention center and decent views of Coal Harbour. Staff not great: long line at check in with one person working, housekeeping gave me a hard time bc I didn’t want my room cleaned and she said I was costing her money and people like me are why they need a union, waiter at breakfast buffet basically demanded a tip and wouldn’t stop talking - it’s a buffet and all his does is fill water glasses from a pitcher but don’t you dare not tip him!

Close to waterfront and walking paths; did not receive the room upgrade, however, was provided with an additional food/beverage discount which was great. Staff were friendly and room was spacious; view wasn’t the best but C’est La vie.

My review is not good for Expedia - they had 2 rooms booked in my name and as I was not able to contact you - 3 times by virtual assistant and one email for you to cancel - I had to pay for an extra room - I only ever had one itinerary from you for one booking - I am out of pocket for $337

Well since I suppose to have a VIP account my room was ok, beds seemed a bit outdated. Nothing extraordinary, they did gave me a 15 dollars off from my breakfast. The buffet was good and convenient

This property is very disorganized. There’s very little communication between departments and it reflects very poorly on the hotel as a whole. Many people also aren’t familiar with benefits they honour leaving guests like myself confused and often gaslit into thinking they misunderstood, when in fact the staff just isn’t knowledgeable. Cleanliness was also an issue which I would not expect for a hotel of this calibre especially given how much they charge per night. Overall this was a mediocre hotel and I would not come again.
