I checked in at the hotel on May 10 around 9:30 pm, the room was on the second floor in the Provincial Towner. The first room was smelly and old, had no shower curtain and the facial washcloth was dirty green stuff mixed with some human hair. I called the front desk to give me another room.
The second room was in British Towner. The second was in much better condition than the first room at least cleaner but it still had a few things either missing or broken, like a missing towel rack, the pug in the tub wasn't working, and the closet door was broken. The worst experience overall was when I was checking out the next morning, I told the staff at the front desk about my room B361, she didn't apologize for anything and her tone sounded like it was my fault for not reporting earlier when I got the room. I told her it was late and I had changed rooms already. I didn't want to keep changing rooms for the third time. I believe keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained isn't my job because I paid for them. It is the hotel's job to ensure all their rooms align with what they show on Expedia's website. It was a very unpleasant exprience.
