“Breakfast is not so good ! ”

“Had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were very friendly, in a great location surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Perfect for walking. Keep in mind, there is no elevator. My partner and I had to go to a convenience store to buy water and bring it back to the hotel because there are no utilities to supply water in the hotel, other than the tap. ”

“Overall no complaints. Breakfast was great for starting our busy days. We spent a lot of time downtown in Old Quebec which was a bit more of a drive than we thought from the hotel, and parking downtown is very difficult. If you plan to spend most of your time downtown I would suggest getting a room downtown.”

“Stayed here recently and had a really pleasant experience. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was well kept and inviting. The only small downside was that the iron was shared, which wasn’t the most convenient. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely consider staying again.”

“We had a beautiful room and an overall nice stay. The hotel is currently going through renovations, meaning the restaurant is closed. This was not advertised on Expedia. I reached out to the hotel directly when I couldn’t find any information about the restaurant on their website. The other concern we had is that we received a text from someone impersonating the hotel looking for payment to keep the room reserved. I just think that people should be aware when booking.”

“飯店離鬼怪城堡超近，走路3分鐘就到！我們原本的房間是在地下室較小，因為是淡季，就讓我們住大一點的房間，房間很乾淨可愛，只可惜房間沒有附礦泉水，只能燒開水喝，略為美中不足，但其他都很棒！老闆娘人很好很親切，跟我們推薦私房餐廳，離開當天還讓我們寄放行李，下次有機會來的話會再選擇這裡！”

“Excellent location, close to most scenic spots and restaurants. The hotel seems to be in a preserved building and has a very good vibe. The interiors are not well maintained, a lot of places need to be repaired and clean. The bathroom is very small and not ventilated. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. ”
