Beautiful luxury wood cabin in southern Sweden

Please note that in high season, 25 june - 27 august, it is only possible to rent the house on weekly basis, changeover day saturday.

Our beautiful luxury all wooden home is built according to fine old traditions and with a modern Nordic style. It is spacious and very attractively decorated. The large kitchen/dining area connects with the living room, which is the house’s central space that invites relaxation and socialising with family and friends, for example, in front of a crackling fire in the stone fireplace.

From the lounge there are double patio doors that let in plenty of light into the house. These doors lead out to the large, partially covered patio.

The terrace is beautifully furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the silence, the beautiful scenery, the evening sun, the view of the horse pastures and grill a steak on the Weber grill.

The house has five cosy bedrooms with double beds, which can be separated into single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with a double shower and toilet. The second with a spa bath, toilet and a washer/dryer.

In the house, there is of course TV, with C more, which means a lot of good film and sports channels. The TV is a smart TV, so remember your Netflix code.

Electricity consumption must be paid with 0,35 euro per used kwh.

Fantastisk træhytte beliggende stille i skoven og med dejlige rum. Tæt på Vallåsen ski, og 1/2 time fra Torekov Spa og Hovs Haller. Venlig vært, der brænder for sine hytter.

Perfekt!!
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Freunden in diesem Blockhaus. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist mitten im Wald. Das Blockhaus ist einfach genial. Gute Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Toilette. Der Eigentümer Kim war sofort zur Stelle und das Problem wurde behoben. Kim und Susanne sind super freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Dejlig ophold.
Vi har haft en dejlig ferie sammen ved vores børn, svigerbørn og barnebarn. Der var lige det i hytten vi havde brug for, en rigtig dejlig hytte, som havd en skøn beliggenhed ifh. til det vi gerne ville, der var nogle som gerne ville fiske og andre der ville på by tur, når vi var i hytten havde vi den skønneste udsigt til en stille og rolig skov, men massere af fuglesang.

Ny og fin hytte i hyggelige omgivelser. Meget hjælpsom ejer. Det store køkken alrum er super. Vi var 10 mennesker uden at det blev trængt. Værelserne var også gode. Du får fuld valuta for dine penge.

Excellent get-away in the forest for the soul and mind
What's not to love...Staying in such a beautiful wooden house in the Swedish forest is pure joy for soul and mind. The cabin is majestic, new, clean and got everything you would need to prepare a gorgeous holiday meal. The owners are so friendly and on the spot if you got a question. The cabin is close to gorgeous walks and about 30 min from cozy Båstad which has great restaurants, shopping, beach, buying groceries and kids playground by the sea. We also went to the sea town; Mölle (1 h drive) which is very pictures. The fishing village also got the best hot chocolate! in massive ceramic cups, made on the spot - Mölle krukmakeri och Cafe. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Wir und auch unser Hund haben uns bei Kim & Susanne sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das fertige Brennholz für den Kamin lag auch schon vor unserem Holzhaus. Perfekt. Eine kleine Anregung hätten wir noch für Kim und Susanne…da wir alle viel lesen und stricken, wären noch zwei bis drei Stehlampen bei den Sofas wunderbar…

Ein schöner, ruhiger Urlaub
Das Haus ist wirklich total schön und ruhig gelegen. Man ist sehr schnell in 20 Minuten am Strand, der ist ebenfalls wirklich schön! Ein Abenteuerpark mit Kletterwald und Sommerrodelbahn ist quasi nebenan, was grade für die Kinder toll war. Und hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen! Es ist sauber und sehr groß und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Kinder fanden besonders den Whirlpool super! Auch der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern Kim und Susanne war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert und sie haben sich sofort gekümmert wenn eine Frage aufkam. Vielen lieben Dank!!

Kan kun anbefale et ophold med Kim og Susanne som værter. Huset var rent og det lå privat ud til et fint naturområde. Det var lidt mørkere indenfor end på billederne.

Eher rustikal als Luxus
Das Haus ist eher Rustikal als Luxus. Schlichte Möbel, Grundausstattung an Geschirr. Die Besitzer waren bei Problemen gut zu erreichen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus sauber. Leider musste der Abfluss der Dusche gesäubert werden, da dieser komplett verstopft war. Man kann in ca 20 Autominuten viele schöne Seen, Strände und Wanderwege erreichen. Positiv: -gemütliches Ambiente durch viel Holz -bequeme Betten -schöner Wald mit Blaubeeren und Pilzen -schöne Terasse -Internet lief gut -Fußbodenheizung negativ: -auch mit Raumbeleuchtung sehr dunkel -verstopfter Abfluss bei der Dusche -ein Klo war defekt (Spülung klemmte) -Staubsauger war defekt (wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgetauscht) -kein Stauraum im Wohnraum, dafür abgschlossene Kommoden -Feuerzeuge leer -keine Abtropfflächen neben der Spüle -fehlende Küchenwaage

Fantastiskt hus i vacker miljö
En minnesvärd vecka för alla inblandade! Otrolig skog att promenera i! Väldigt fräsch stuga! Uppskattat med de kvalitativa möblerna, inte minst sängarna samt täcke och kudde! Fick väldigt bra hjälp av Kim Som var helt fantastik! Missa inte att titta in i den fina loppisen som bjöd på många fynd!

Schwedenurlaub in einer luxuriösen Blockholzhütte im Wald
Wir haben als Großfamilie den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Kim, der Vermieter, war immer sehr hilfsbereit, sehr sympathisch aber niemals aufdringlich. In der näheren Umgebung lässt sich sich viel unternehmen und es ist für jung und alt immer etwas dabei. Wir können das FeHa bestens weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus in erholsamer Umgebung
Es sind ca. 10 Ferienhäuser mit ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern in einem kleinen Waldstück gelegen. Das Haus war, wie auf den Bildern, wunderbar großzügig und schick ausgestattet. In unserem Haus gab es in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung. Feuerholz für den Kamin stand Sackweise gegen Bezahlung bereit. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Zubereiten benötigt. Einzige Dinge, die uns "ein bisschen fehlten" waren eine Küchenwaage und im Badezimmer ein Fön (natürlich hätte man den einpacken können). Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, da die Türen etwa 1,5cm über dem Fußboden enden und das WLAN (was ansonsten super war) erreichte in unserem 10 Personen-Haus, ein hinteres Schlafzimmer nicht. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten wunderbar netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus und haben tageweise die Umgebung (Helsingborg - ca.30 min. / Göteborg - 1,5 Std. / Älmhult - 1 Std. / Mellbystrand - 20 min.) erkundet und uns mit unserem Hund am ländlichen Süd-West-Schweden erfreut. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenie-Mädels, 1 10jähriger, ein Kleinkind von 1,5 Jahren mit Hund und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke für den tollen, erholsamen Familienurlaub.

Mysigt men ont om varmvatten
Sammantaget var det en bra vistelse i en fin stuga som ligger vackert på en naturtomt. Det enda som vi var missnöjda med var varmvattnet som endast räckte till ett bad. På kvällen fick vi koka vatten för att kunna diska. I en stuga som kan hysa 10 pers borde värmeberedaren vara dimensionerad så att fler än två personer kan bada. Annars hade det varit bättre att inte ha något bubbelbad alls. Det är tveksamt om vattnet ens hade räckt om vi alla hade duschat istället. Det saknades också rengöringsmedel till städet. I övrigt var vi nöjda med stugan.
