The two staff people were cold. No elevator. Rooms were very very clean. Note on the second floor room 203 was much bigger than the other two rooms on that floor
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and buses. It is definitely not a scenic area. The hotel is clean enough. The beds are comfortable enough. There was no elevator so be prepared to drag your bag upstairs. There was one benefit that no other hotel has had and that was air conditioning. It's good for an overnight but that's enough.
We loved staying here. It was clean & easy to reach from the bus station across the street. Although there isn't an elevator, it was easy to carry luggage to the second floor. The room was large for a European hotel. It isn't a high class facility, but if your looking for convenience and affordability, it is great.

Dear Guest, we are very pleased that you appreciated our comfortable position and all the facilities we provide. We hope to see you again!Kind regards
This is a great hotel for accessibility in Venice. Easy to get to from the main bus terminal and easy to walk to other Venice sites and restaurants. The front desk staff was very responsive and easy to work with when our flight was delayed and we had to check in late. Be sure you read the check in policy, as the front desk is not manned after 7pm local time without arrangements. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
This was the convenient quick stop we were looking for. Some stress over trying to arrive by 7 pm because the front desk is not open past that hour and we didn't realize that until shortly before our stay.

Good
The hotel is very old needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. It has a great location, is near all the different types of transportation, very busy corner, a lot of people and vehicles transiting
Entrance is not marked. The most visible entrance requires a key and to be let in via page. Rang bell for 10 minutes in pouring rain. Finally got garage attendant to show us other entrance to get out of rain. Then waited another near 10 minutes for receptionist to be located. Rooms are clean. Shower is tiny. But I’d stay here again ... it is Venice afterall
This was our second stay at this property. Next time in Venice I'd like to stay here again. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room this time was on the top floor, it was quite large and had beautiful old beams in the ceiling. The location is wonderful. Right next the bus station, the parking garage and near the train station; i.e. no need to lug luggage over bridges and narrow walkways to your hotel. Breakfast was appetizing, plentiful and delicious.
A great stay but it should be pointed out that there is no lift or help for anyone, especially the elderly, who require suitcases to be moved up and down stairs, 23 stairs per flight. Very well positioned. Staff helpful, apart from moving suitcases. Breakfast very good
It was amazing that we could drive into Venice, pull around the corner and into a garage to park our car. Te location of the hotel is also right by the first vaperetto stop so hopping on and off the vaperetto was easy and convenient. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Just be aware that we were on the second floor and it was not a problem for us, but there are steep stairs.
Location is fantastic but meeting receptionist is not easy and moving your suitcases to your room is difficult specially for ladies.

Needed a hotel for one night pre cruise. This was ideally situated near the airport bus and people mover. My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet was not replenished and there was nobody to tell without going back outside to reception.
Be aware there is no lift.
Excellent location for cruise passengers. Located across from the people mover (quick access to ships) and public airport bus transportation is right outside the hotel front door. Great breakfast and staff was very friendly.

Disappointed stay
The initial excitement upon reaching Venice was really marred by the rude and unhelpful service staff at check in. Although the room size is fine and clean, there were all sorts of loud noises coming from outside in the middle of the night, which might be a problem for light sleepers.
We reserved the room for two nights. Due to an air traffic controller strike we were not able to use the room the first night. We called ahead but we're told there were no refunds. Given the nightly price of the room, there should have been a little credit. It was not the best introduction to their city. Plus, our bathroom had a cockroach scurry under the baseboard. Although the room was spacious, I'm in no hurry to visit Venice again.

Dear Guest,
please let us know more details about your reservation, as we have no notice about the problem with the flight and in which room you stayed, as we would like to check the cockroach matter (even if we think is about another kind of bug, as Italy is invaded by the soya bugs in this period). Kind regards
Hotel was very close to train station and express bus stop,to airport. Room was nice and comfortable. A great location!
Breakfast provided was ordinary and a lot of packaged goods. Wifi was inconsistent, and connection would cycle a lot. This may be me personally but the bathroom had only bottle of hand soap and no bar of soap for showering.

Pros and cons
If your looking for a romantic hotel in the heart of the action , this is not for you .
If you are traveling and overnighting this is a GREAT location .
Nothing fancy but clean . Close to parkades so can be noisy .
We took bus from Marco Polo airport 8 euro per person ...and dropped off 150' from front door of hotel .
Next morning took the people mover to a cruise ..front door of people mover was
80' away . Extremely easy to get from airport to the cruise port using this hotel to overnight .
I needed to spend just one night in Venice to break my travel, I picked this hotel because of its location: easy to reach from the airport, convenient
access to the railway station and close enough to the center for dinner and a stroll...
Worked great. The breakfast was very nice too with a separate table with gluten free options.
Rooms are very simple and small but clean, quiet and the bathroom was all new; the shower was great. A/c and double windows helped with the humidity that hit Venice in those days and kept the traffic nose out.
Excellent location if you’re going on a cruise. It’s right next to the people mover that goes right to the cruise port. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s a nice little hotel.
Hotel is in a great location for transportation to the airpory, cruise terminal, train terminal, local boat and busses. Small, clean, courteous staff and a GREAT breakfast. No picturesque views but just a few hundred feet from canals, gardens, eateries and shopping.
Small hotel in Piazza Roma area, close to bus, rail and water taxi stations/stops but approximately 30-40 minutes walk away from the main attractions or a scenic boat ride! Hotel has very modern clean comfortable rooms even though the main features of the hotel inside and out are a little worn so do not judge this hotel by its cover! Really friendly helpful staff together makes this a unique gem on the outskirts of Venice. NO LIFT BUT ONLY 2 FLOORS THOUGH!

The hotel was fine. It is close walk to the city center.
Nice hotel close to transportation hub. Requested 4 single beds and it was prepared accordingly. Wish it had an elevator...otherwise it was clean and comfy and had good free wifi Would recommend installing hooks in the washroom and a soap bar or shelf in the shower. Left before breakfast was served.
