Hello Friends we are hosting our freshly renovated ADU. In this adu you get all the comforts for a short and long term stay. we have a dedicated parking area for up to 2 cars for this place, A personal laundry washer and dryer & personal private entry. There is a comfy king size bed and a pull out couch if desired. you get a dishwasher. A 2 burner Cooktop. and much much more.
you have good high speed wifi connection and a 65 inch smart tv for a good time. a great work space is also included. we have put a lot of thought and effort to try to make this place the ultimate adu for you.

Great location
When we arrived our place wasn’t ready. There was a mix-up with dates. When we contacted the property manager he was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Location is close to most things we wanted to do in Venice area. Within a half hour of most beaches, close to shopping areas and main highway. Quiet neighborhood. The only complaint we would have is storage. When you are staying for more than a week it would be nice to have an empty dresser to put our clothes away and maybe some kind of pantry instead of a second desk for food. I would return if we are in this area.
