The flat is located in a beautiful courtyard in Campo Santa Margherita: a lively square in the center of Venice, near the church of the Carmini.
In the "Campo" you can find shops, bar, restaurants, a good supermarket, and a traditional open-air fish market.
The apartment is a loft on the top floor of an ancient Venetian building overlooking the roofs and steeples.

Our apartment is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay: heating and air conditioning, dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine espresso, refrigerator, a small oven, washing machine, TV, WiFi, radio, linen.
We need to know, as soon as possible, the time of arrival to arrange an appointment for your check in.

For check in after 20.00 and until 23.00 is an extra charge of € 35.00 cash only. Tourist tax need to be payed by cash during the check in (4€/night/guest).
