"Renters should be aware that this is a studio condo/apartment. There is no door separating the bedroom from the living area. The place was fairly clean, although not spotless (there were ants and some cobwebs, but not a huge deal). It is extremely close to Siesta Key and served us well for what we needed. We were comfortable and close to a lot of things."

"This was such a great property, it was renovated to a great standard, very clean and came with everything we would need for our stay including beach chairs, umbrella and so on! The bed was very comfortable, and the complex was quiet so each night was a good sleep!! I. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, Doris was very quick to respond to any questions I had, she did everything to make sure our stay was perfect! There is a little dog park on the complex which was great for late night pee...
