"Great property! It was a perfect location for our base camp to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Telluride, Ouray and Silverton. The house is BRAND NEW build and well appointed with all you will need. Highly recommended if you can get it!"

"We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). "
