The cabin was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Our host Jennifer was very communicative and helpful.”

“We took an impromptu weekend trip and was so happy to find this home on VRBO. The owners were so hospitable and helped work through a snag with VRBO (not their fault). The views are spectacular and everything in town is within walking distance. The house is in an alleyway right behind main st so if you want to check out the shops or eat, you can do so with ease. “Everything about our stay in this cozy cabin was fantastic. It was just enough space for my partner and I and our dog to visit Telluride and Ouray for the weekend. The property was secluded, but in the most beautiful setting. Lighting the wood stove to heat up our cozy cabin on the frigid fall nights was the perfect end to a day exploring the area. “We had an emercency and had to leave early, but the night we spent was really nice. Very clean, comfortable and homey. Culture and class decor. It is not in town, but set in the hills close to the ski village Saw 3 bucks come down for beakfast. The split level has the bottom level slightly below ground so you really feel like you are part of the aspen groves. Town of Telluride is friendly and relaxed.”

“Came here for a week long family trip. The condo was spacious, kitchen was amazing, and the views from the porch and hot tub were incredible. Photos don’t do it justice, you’re surrounded by mountains and beautiful aspen trees. Sun floods into the living room every morning and evening. Hot tub was so nice after hiking. Convenient location near downtown telluride and lizards pass for hiking and trout lake.”

We worked here, and were married here, when this was the Golconda Resort 40 years ago and were so happy to find this is still a true hidden gem.
