Nice hotel, but skip the breakfast
Hotel was very nice and staff was friendly overall. Unfortunately, our room was under the gym and it was quite noisy at times. We had breakfast included for the two nights we were there, but it was very disappointing. We even skipped it the second day. The bike rentals are a nice inclusion to explore Verona.

Hotel is in a quiet location that is a short walk from the Verona Arena, easy to reach by car with convenient garage parking. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous stay
Great, spacious and fully equipped connecting rooms for a family of four, excellent decorative order. Tasty breakfast with wide selection, good amenities and location. Very helpful and attentive staff always willing to go the extra mile. Could not fault it!

Excellent hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped with huge comfortable bed. Very convenient to walk to city centre. Breakfast was good but when busy the tables were too near the drinks self serving area. Loved eating breakfast in the outside courtyard.

The room was well equipped. However relative to other 4 stars hotel this charges much more - 500 euros per night and it just dont worth it. We ordered 2 adjacent rooms for a family of 5. We received rooms in 1st floor and basically could hear the street in our room even though we asked for quiet rooms. The street lighting wad sirectly in our face and we couldnt open the only window at all in order to get full darkness at night which ment we didnt have any air to breath. When we compained about in the desk loby we were competely ignored. I would also expext from an hotel that charges so much to grant a free parking but not they charge 18 euros more for the pleasure. The breakfast is poor and does contain a very few options for non gluten so my celiac daughter had almost nothing to eat there. We would definitely not return and not recommend staying there.

The staff was amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the location was amazing, the bed was comfortable, room service was so friendly, walking distance to amazing and beautiful sites. Parking was not an issue.

Modern hotel. Large hotel room, modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Working distance to train station and city center. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel, good location. Exceptional staff. However the room was hot upon arrival, set AC to 70 and went out. Upon return, the room was still 78 f. Turns out the AC is “off” for the season. Not cool, pun intended.

Lovely hotel about a 10 min easy walk from the main square. Hotel staff very relaxed & happy to assist. Room very spacious & clean. Breakfast was ok.

Great hotel 15 min walk from arena. Had secure on site parking, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Room was great and we definitely stay there again when we next visit Verona.

Amazing location. Just seconds away from everything. Amazing customer service so accurate that we felt they were right by our side at all times. I would suggest this location if you want piece of mind through your stay.

Great hotel near the train station. All within walking distance in city. Very quiet room. The only problem in the shower pan is very slippery, especially to senior customers. Hope the hotel management would pay attention to the issue, and make a correction soon before any accidents occurred.

Nice hotel and a good location
Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar could be improved as it seems the barman is also a cleaner and so when you want a drink you have to ring a bell and wait for him to finish hooving and come serve you, a strange set-up. The bar also shuts at 9.30pm which is very early so if you’ve been out to dinner and come back hoping to get a nightcap you can’t.

It is an old building with renovated rooms. I booked a double room for single use but the room size is too small. The man at the reception was very unfriendly. Breakfast was good.
