Everything was lovely me and my family enjoyed it and we’ll go back again soon very soon. Only problem was we wasn’t able to sit at the fireplace because it was broken but hopefully next time we return it will be fixed but other than that everything was excellent.

This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast was great. They had English muffin sausage and cheese sandwiches. This hotel made us fans of Home2 suites.

Male staff acted inappropriately and aggressive toward my wife when she went to the laundry room. Reported it and was advised to make a police report, but we were departing in less than an hour. Vicksburg was a very disappointing visit as the town is very run down and looks to be mostly in a severe poverty stricken situation. Nothing to do but the military park which is only about a two hour visit.

Poor management. We arrived at night, the front desk computer was down making it, apparently, unable to check clients in. The front person was by herself and had no solution besides calling the « help desk » who was not answering. After 45 minutes being on hold, we decided it was best to leave. Unbelievable that such a big company does not have a back up solution. Unbelievable to leave your staff with no solution. It is a shame for such a big chain. We were left past midnight with 2 young kids and no room. No solution offered by Hilton of course besides telling us to check with the neighbours if they had rooms left. I won’t be coming back to Hilton.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient, & the staff is amazing ! Had an issue with my door after breakfast but the staff was on top of it & made sure to take care of me & my family .

Loved our stay !!!!
It was so nice to be in a place that welcomes dogs and it smelled so clean. The rooms were great !!!! They were big with everything thing you need and more.

Disappointing stay
I requested cleaning to be done to our room because that is a convenience we enjoy with hotels. Lady put fresh towels in the bathroom, that was it. Did not make the beds because a book was on one bed, did not replace empty toilet paper and never removed trash. Hotels gave no problem increasing their prices while decreasing services.

Smelled a bit like fabreeze in room. They apparently allow pets. Nice room. Not much for decor in common areas. I would recommend- great stop for families. Handy to Vicksburg.

Over all a good stay
Our room was not ready at check in and we had to wait a bit to get into it. However once we got into the room it was clean and comfortable. I would Stay at this location again.
