I enjoy staying at this hotel when I travel to Victoria. My only complaint is that I have to pay to park my rental car.

The Hotel Grand Pacific is an amazing hotel. The employees are very friendly and efficient. The facility and amenities are wonderful and the indoor pool is huge. Daniel from the reception was so helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early and he was able to accommodate us. Very nice as I have chronic pain and the trip from North Van to Victoria wasn’t easy for me but I was able to rest up a bit for us to enjoy a walk around the hotel. It’s located in a very convenient location 2 min walk from the Parliament building, harbour and we didn’t need to get our car and we walked all around the area. Super recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Victoria.

The location is great. Quick walk to the Royal BC Museum and Parliament. Had room service for dinner one night with the beautiful view of the harbor and city. Room service food was very good as well as our dinners in the onsite restaurant.

Great hotel, restaurant was delicious. Our room wasn’t looking at the harbour, it was out the back of the hotel. As of 7am there were many truck noises and loud beeping. So next time I am making sure I’ll be on the harbour side.

Grand Pacific is a very nice, but dated property. There were none of the more modern touches in the rooms that a person might come to expect: USB charging, or outlets by the bed. Easily accessible light switches. But the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the property overall was very nice.

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are large, luxurious, and very comfortable. It's also very quiet once you leave the main floor. Located on the inner harbour, we found everything we needed in walking distance.

A five star property for all areas. I’ve stayed at all Victoria waterfront hotels and this was by far superior. Top notch rooms with ‘real’ waterfront and Harbour views. Outstanding service and amenities. Great location, great staff, great experience.

Older hotel in the downtown central business district, great location and the city of Victoria is very walkable. Nice staff, rooms are a bit rundown, however overall good place to stay. Didn't eat at the hotel so not sure on the food choices. Many food options within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel & staff (Tina, Nikita, Jeffrey (Front desk), Brent (at the athletic club) and others were all very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean & comfy. Has a small fridge (Microwave was $10 for the Entire stay and worth it). Harbour was right across the street (beautiful views!), plus walking distance to shops, restaurants, Thrifty Foods Store, Bus stop...very convenient! We would stay here again and also recommend it to family & friends.
