Great property with views along the Amalfi coast, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant menu is limited but very good quality, they could do with some snack options. The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame.

Check in was at 2pm and they said the pool was open until 10 but when we wanted to use it at 7 they said it closed at 6. One person in our group had a view of the pool from their room and there were people in the pool! Bathtub didn’t work, AC wasn’t good. Didn’t feel welcomed here and impression was it wasn’t worth the money or a 5 star hotel.

Don't pay the hotel upfront
I booked a room for five days. When we arrive the hotel charge does for all five days upfront. We decided to leave the hotel two days early to go to a different village. A hotel refused to return my money for the last two nights because I paid upfront. Warning do not pay them upfront if you decide to change the length of your stay. We did find a Hotel comfortable and well appointed.

What bothered us the most was the lack of customer service and how unpleasant the staff was, as if the guests were an inconvenience. For the amount of stay we did here, it was disappointing! And now to the horror of room 219!!! Pros: best room view in the hotel in my opinion, right next to pool, awesome scenic view, big patio space. Cons: A/C was not cooling the first night so we were relocated to a room with a wall view until maintenance replaced the motor the following day, long story short the room finally cooled down by day 3. The room smells like sewage, everyday and night it’s nauseating. The first night that we slept in a different room, it did not smell like sewage and the room was freezing cold. So I do believe it is an isolated issue. Additional FYI’s: coffee is served at room temp (must ask to have hot), towels are not replaced when the room is turned over, parking is awesome, just park upfront and they will take care of the rest, walking distance to beach (a million steps but worth it) and restaurants,

The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms with the pool are beautiful but the service wasn’t great. Always bought the wrong thing when ordered room service, aincon broke twice, menu wasn’t great and expensive .

Great property with amazing views and very attentive staff. The only 2 downsides of the hotel are the lack of coffee-making in the rooms (although it is available through room service) and the distance to the town. The free shuttle is a great option but only runs a few times a day. Overall, a great hotel.

Beautiful property in great location! And a perk that it includes valet parking! Rooms were very nice and rooftop pool was awesome! Only reason we didn't give it 5/5 is that the air conditioning didn't work in the room. We discussed it with the staff, but were told the a/c hadn't been turned on for the season yet. This was unfortunate as the room was very warm. We would stay here again, but only after ensuring the a/c was operating.

The hotel was nice and clean, 5 min away by driving from the main piazza in Vietri Sul Mare and another 5 min from the private beach. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel for those who are not willing to drive. We had a fantastic view both from our room and the restaurant. The staff was absolutely great. They were quick to respond to all our requests, helped us to book our trips around Amalfi coast and they were calling to do reservations on our behalf. Thank you Francesco and Luka!

Lovely hotel, and good base for exploring the amalfi coast. Only about 45 minutes to Naples. Staff were really helpful. Good options for breakfast and although dinner at hotel was pricey, there are plenty of places to eat a short drive into town.

Had the most amazing stay and didn't want to leave. Staff couldn't have been more help. Having the roof top pool was a lovely bonus and breakfast set you up for the morning. You do need a car if you are staying here. We didn't find an issue with parking. The staff were always really helpful in loving the cars into the garage out of the way until you were ready to head out.

We came to this hotel after we were sorely disappointed by the one we had booked in Sorrento. We loved the little town of Vietri sul Mare and the valet parking service was very helpful. Every member of the staff was very cordial and helpful and the dinner we had there was delicious and well priced. We basically had the entire pool to ourselves since it’s not peak season. The views are beautiful and it’s a quieter location than the rest of the Amalfi Coast. It was perfect to go to Paestum for a day trip and then to Positano and Amalfi/Ravello next.

The staff was extremely nice, the views from the terrace and the pool were fantastic, very cute small boutique hotel. Unfortunately it is in need of a facelift. The shower had mold, which should be unacceptable in a hotel listed as 5 stars. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but not completely bad. Would not mind staying there again if the bathrooms had better maintenance.

Hotel was nice, but I wouldn't say it was 5 stars. The room was a bit beat up, but pretty clean. I was very disappointed that I paid extra for a junior suite to have the jacuzzi on the patio just to find out that it was cold. Total waste of money for me. The staff was very nice, but we had a few simple requests that they said they would take care of, but never followed through with. They needed more help at the front desk to accomodate customers

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel is lovely small and quiet with a great pool area which we had to ourselves most days. Location is great. Fantastic views. We used the shuttle bus into Vietri in the evenings where there was a wide selection of very good local restaurants. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay on the stunning Amalfi coast.

Not a 5 star hotel
We booked a one night stay at this hotel while traveling through the Amalfi Coast. This hotel and their sister hotel, Hotel Raita, up the road, need major renovation and updating. The rooms are decorated in Art Deco style and they are stuck in the 80s. We did not stay at the real Paradiso because, the room was not clean, there was hair on the sheet and the shower, the safe didn’t work, the carpets in the hallways were dirty, the mirrors were dirty, the curtain was old and frayed. Worse than that, the girl at the reception was rude and repetitive. I had booked the room for 260 £ and she wanted to charge me an extra 150€ for upgrade to a bigger room because she had sold out my original room. We moved to Hotel Raita, where the view was definitely nice but the hotel needs major renovations, exterior and rooms.same terrible attitude, there was no manager on site to discuss any issues. Paid an additional 200€ on top of the original what I had paid because they only had the suites available. In the so called suite, the bathroom floor had dubious stains. The sheets were very poor quality and bed was extremely uncomfortable. WiFi sucked. There was a bow, of dusty potpourri probably from the 90s in the room. They listed this room as 700€ Total scam. Do not be fooled by 5 star, these two hotels are 2 or 3 star masquerading as 5 and overcharging, very disappointing.

Located conveniently just on the Amalfi coast but not in the midst of its summer crowds, this charming small hotel had everything needed for a pleasant stay - great facilities, helpful and considerate staff that set an example, great food (we ate in the restaurant 2 successive nights), and a hillside location overlooking the sea that was quiet, yet accessible for both Amalfi coast sites and convenient to Pompeii, Naples, etc. Strongly recommended on all counts.
