“Notre arrivée s’est faite très facilement à 23h stationnement aisé, les indications étaient claires. Arrivés dans la chambre tout le nécessaire était présent. La literie était de bonne qualité et nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver une bouteille d’eau au frais ainsi que le nécessaire de toilette dans la salle de bain. Ce sont des petits plus vraiment appréciables. Ce qui n’est pas le cas dans toutes les locations de courtes durée. Concernant le petit déjeuner servi le rapport qualité……

“A little slice of paradise! The old converted farmhouse is beautiful and charming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the room huge by any standard especially for Europe. Beautiful pool and fruit and flower trees everywhere! Two very sweet but large dogs, so keep that in mind if tou are afraid of dogs. My eight-year-old and four-year-old loved them.
You need a car here as everything is a 5 minute drive away including the train.

“Quinta Velha’s a gem tucked in Sintra’s hills, about a 10-minute walk from Pena Palace and the village center. It’s a small, upscale B&B on two hectares of forest, with a cool mix of old Portuguese charm and modern touches—think restored 1800s beams paired with sleek furniture. “We had the most special stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is so clean and the attention to details are incredible. Douglas was more than helpful with any of our needs and a great help with dinner reservations as well as entrance tickets to the major attractions. “这家BB虽然其貌不扬，但是进来之后才发现根本就是森林系的小院，这里有个迷你的动物园！！他们养了很多小动物，几只鹦鹉，两只兔子，狗，水池里有锦鲤，格网里养了雉鸡！！！后院很美，尤其是在春暖花开草木疯长的时候来真的很不错！！住了两天感觉非常美好，因为条件受限，住房条件很一般：设备比较老，但是还算干净，水龙头一开始没有热水要放一会儿才行，隔音不是很好，除此之外我觉得一切都很不错。适合爱拍照的年轻人来住。”

“We liked the house and the rooms very much. The people working there were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but I wish there would have been more options for eggs. The pool downstairs was nice, but a bit cold. But our girls enjoyed it anyway :) The house and surrounding itself were very quiet and peaceful. It was really nice!”
