“有電梯但壞的長期不能使用，有大型行李搬上搬落並不容易，室內隔音不太好，4人住客只有3張單人被，第一晚觀光完返到房間才發現，即時聯絡24小時熱線，那位男士態度不太友善，他說只可以安排明天才送多一張被到房間，再問他已掛線，結果其中1人只能著羽絨睡覺；儲水式熱水爐每次沖凉後，另一人需要等30分鐘可沖凉，嘗試等20分鐘後沖涼不到5分鐘就變凍水。”

“Big and nice Apartment. Easy access to the flat, the owner was very helpful regarding the storage of our suitcases. However, the apartment was not that easy to reach. But Lisbon is very hilly. All in all, everything was perfect. Only the Bed linen was no longer the best. Although it had been washed, there were still stains.”

“the hosts are really helpful and kind. but there are still few points for those who are considering this apartment. _there's no elevator but the host will help you with luggage. _street is next to it, but if you close all the window it wont bother you too much. _this apartment is on the small hill, make sure you are waring the comfortable shoes for that, if you are not the perfectionist like us, I really recommend this apartment. there are plenty of restaurants, only need around 5 mins by……

“This was a lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Only slight critism would be the area - immediately around the apartment it was a bit rundown, but this did not affect our stay and it did not feel unsafe to walk around at night. Overall would recommend and stay again.”
