The place was filthy! We attempted to communicate and the host yelled at us argued we were wrong. Called Vrbo and they said the owner needed yo speak with us and come up with a resolution. After a whole hour an agent attempted to connect us with the owner who did not respond. The host “tammy” called me asking for pics…I sent all pics and she still argued. I was in the streets with my children. We couldn’t stay. I have all pics a video. It was scam and inconsideration. Property not as advertised. The beds were dirty and it smelled like poop and urine. We had a terrible weekend because of this…needles to say, no response to help us get accommodations when we drove with kids, 6 hrs for a holiday weekend…

Never again!
Full size bed bedroom no box spring support- just a mattress on springs.. when layed on, it is not level- Also, the floor board connecting the carpet and flooring broken in half. Needs to be repaired. Ceiling fan moves but has a loud noise that sounds like sharpening knives sound! Ceiling wired smoke detector is missing only wires hanging out of ceiling. Thermostat did not adjust. Could not adjust the temperature in the house because thermostat was not working. Carey replied and said he could fix it from his phone. Hallway bathroom, toilet handle very loose and missing something that keeps it in base of toilet. Needs to be fixed. Bathroom is clean. Queen bed bedroom ceiling fan does not work- it has a remote control, but the remote control does not work. The wired smoke detector in that room is disconnected. Unacceptable! Not safe! Two twin bed bedroom only had one twin bed. The pictures on VRBO, showed a trundle bed with two mattresses. The room on VRBO was labeled as a bunk bed room and showed two twin beds. There was only one mattress! And an air mattress is Not a bed mattress. Did not have a blankets for the missing twin bed! Place was somewhat clean, washer machine had dirty towels left from cleaning people. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes well. This place needs some TLC! Do not spend your money on this place! Carey was nice but didn’t help with the issue of my daughter NOT having a bed. Fix the issues.

NEVER STAY HERE
I am not sure where to begin. The water was shut off for non-payment and the host tried to say it was due to work. There were bugs. The dishwasher was full of dishes which may have been washed but were definitely not clean. The bathroom had used toothbrushes in a container on the counter. Someone had been on one of the beds prior to our check in. A pillow had blood on it. The couch had uses tissues under the pillows. I can go on! This property is completely misrepresented! If you are going to Virginia Beach, stay as far away from here as possible!

Dirty Furniture and Bedding
Would not recommend this home. The pillows, mattress and bedding was extremely dirty and stained. One mattress had dry blood. Bedrooms were dusty, durty furniture, tv off the wall. Broken lamp at living room, dinner room, and dinning table top was deteriorating. One hour late for check in due to home was been clean. One bedroom was not as shown per reservation in VRBO due to missing a bed. One Dressers had personal things as if someone had been residing. Durty bedding in all the bedrooms. The first night i washed all bedding for my children to be able to use. Rush to walmart get pillows for the stay.The main entrance stairs is not in great conditions. Not completely satisfied with my stay. This house has been the worst place I have stayed. I questioned if it was safe with my family due to the dirty mattress and bedding.
