“Oceanfront view on nice size balcony, parking a breeze, right on property, excellent location, clean rooms. Couldn’t ask for any better. ”

“The hotel is in a very good location. Close to restaurants and some shops. Unfortunately the facility had no hot water, outlets were very outdated and hanging off the wall. Curtains were falling off and we had to tie it together to keep it from falling. I would stay there, but come prepared to deal with this misfortunes. ”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“The staff was very friendly upon arrival. With it being marathon weekend, they were super helpful providing details on road closures. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Aside from that, everything else was clean upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located along the boardwalk with some great restaurants in walking distance.”

“Could not stay in assigned room, or a replacement. Dirty, soiled, cigarette smoke and marijuana smell. Communication with staff was awful. Checked out and went to another hotel. Worst experience!”

“I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.”
