"Enjoyed my staff. The clerks at the desk all were very pleasant from checking in to checking out. The clerk that checked me in on Saturday 4/4/26 around 1pm was awesome. The housekeeping attendant (Black female) that was cleaning rooms on the 2nd floor around 12:30pm near my room 223 took the time out to help me put on my necklace. The breakfast was excellent and Doral made sure every thing was good. Always a Hilton fan but the Holiday Inn Express Hotels has a new customer."

"The Staff was very friendly; the room was nice for the length of time that I was there, the pool was nice, my kid enjoyed it, and the breakfast was fresh and put together every day. "

"AC in room was not working it stayed 77 degrees all night, miserable night."

"The house was fine overall but a few things would greatly improve the experience. The fridge constantly makes ice and cannot be turned off. It overflows and leaks on the floor. The water dispenser doesn’t work, so there is no need to have the water connected. The oven, air fryer, and bbq need a good cleaning. We noticed cooking utensils that were dirty also. The bed creaked and the plastic mattress cover crinkled every time we moved which made sleeping for us quite difficult. I did mention the ice when we first arrived but never heard anything during our week there. "

"Other than the toilet seat being loose on one side, it was a surprisingly quiet and clean place to stay. Very nice lady at the desk who checked us in. Parking available right in front of our room. "
