"This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. ![#windowseat   Not really sure exactly WHERE this is, but it was on the way into Houston, so I'm guessing we were around Waco, Texas.  Window seat strategies take into consideration time of day.  Having a seat on the left-hand side of the plane allowed me some views that were illuminated by the late afternoon sun AND (if you can see it) a rising full moon.  Had I sat on the other side of the aisle, I no doubt would have seen a glorious sunset.  From up here, it's all amazing, and I was captivated by the light and shadow play going on between the clouds and the earth.

![The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Texas is a terrific zoo! The zoo has a great range of animals and exhibits and the grounds are well kept and spacious. There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. The animal enclosures are nice, and can really give you great views of the animals themselves if you are a bit patient. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs. "Check-in and front desk were friendly. Professional. And efficient. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. Fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay."
