"The breakfast was good"

"Clean room, the bed was very comfortable, everything looked as pictured! The fridge froze our food even on the lowest setting, but that could’ve just been our specific room we didn’t end up switching. The staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend the hotels luau and surfing lesson!! Both were a blast! The hotel is also in a convenient location to restaurants and shops! "

"We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The location is excellent, with its own beach and a peaceful atmosphere that never felt crowded. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to the Royal Hawaiian Center. All of the staff, including the front desk, bell services, and housekeeping, were friendly and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Elevator line with 200 ppl waiting at peak times, no towels at the pool, a number of unfriendly staff, renovated rooms with nice cleaning staff. "

"Was not told everything would be under construction!!!did not get the room I paid for !!! Last qt the front desk doesn’t know how to speak as an adult ,she likes to yell at people like there her children .was told I had to walk to another motel to do laundry or workout …I didn’t pay $3000 to have to walk somewhere else to do what I paid for at the place !!!!"
