I had a great experience. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because it’s a bit outdated. The room I stayed in was a one bedroom with a full kitchen and living room area. The service was great, every time we requested towels, trash bags, or anything it was delivered promptly. They also only have valet parking which I thought was very nice and convenient. The parking cost is $50 a day which was very reasonable for the area. The pool was great, my baby loved it and the beach was just a short walk away. The hotel is also right next to a park area (not playground but green space). I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place especially if you have young kiddos (I traveled with an 18 month old).

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay
