Poor maintenance toilet was extremely loose also toilet lid was loose. Heater/ac unit didn’t work well. The room was clean I’ll give them that. The breakfast looked awful choose to go to huddle house instead

The hotel was great, clean walkable to restaurants. The staff especially the feont desk was rude. The black girl especially in the morning. I spoke to her at least 2 times she never even open her mouth to say good morning. But besides that the hotel was great.

Room was not clean, bathroom had visible mold someone else’s left overs still in the fridge. Bed was old and lumpy. One of the worst places i have ever stayed.

We stayed one night to break up a long road trip. The building is not new but met our needs well. The beds were comfortable and the shower was large and nice. My only complaint was coffee that tasted like a subpar instant. A good coffee would have made up for the average breakfast offering. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed one night here on the way back from Raleigh NC. The room was pretty clean, however the curtains was molded, really bad water stains, floors was a little Sandy and shower floor was not cleaned. Room needs a good dusting and cleaning. Breakfast was good. Check in clerk (lady) was very nice but check out not the same.

You can't specify if you have a pet when booking, it just says that there will be a fee. When we got to the hotel we forgot that it wasn't in the itinerary so we just went up to our room with our small dog. The front desk lady had come to our room explaining that dogs can only be on the first floor, etc. She was super nice about it, luckily they had a room for pets available and I do not believe we were charged for having an animal! THEN we couldn't find my wallet, the same front desk woman kindly let us go back into the first room we were in and we were able to retrieve it. Whoever the woman was working the front desk at around 7pm on 5/27, thank you for your kindness!
