I’m only giving this an average due to the experience I had with my neighboring room as well as a disruptive incident that happened in the lobby, upon checkout, involving other guests. Otherwise, the staff and property itself was good.

Great place rooms are really clean. The staff is very nice polite and if you’re hungry, or the burger from their room service, it’s the best one I ever ever eat in my life.

It was very hard to get extra towels and wash cloths for some reason. It was like pulling teeth! Hotel could use some upgrades. Small rooms with small refrigerators. We were unimpressed. Will not return.

Staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills was a delightful experience. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Its prime location, within walking distance to our meeting, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's bar was fantastic, offering a great atmosphere to unwind. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Liked the Pelaton in the workout room although someone was using when I entered. ;-) No complaints. I'd stay again. Valet team were excellent.

Very clean hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Very friendly staff. Parking fees of $24 for valet is a bit excessive but valet brings the car in the matter of minutes.

The room and staff were terrific/5 Stars. However, I was surprised when I was on the hotel WiFi and wanted to read multiple news at breakfast for my work. BBC, CNN, CNBC all opened up fine. But when I tried Fox News an alert appeared, preventing me from opening Fox News, that said, "This site may contain disinformation and scams, we suggest not visiting it" and I had to log off and use my hotspot to get Fox News. Did Hilton agree to share data on guests and block Fox News mislabeling only it. I could even get onto Jing Daily and SCMP from China, but not Fox.
