Adding water to rooms would be a nice touch but in general a very positive experience. The room temperature was perfect on arrival, I absolutely love the Elemental Herbology cosmetics. Room was clean, bed comfortable and great service from the reception. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one.

Dear Ms. Anna, Thank you for your stay at Mercure Warszawa Airport hotel. I appreciate your comment. We do offer in room water to our Guests. We want to be more ecological, so we gave up bottled water in favor of water dispensers placed in hotel corridors, hence there are carafes in the rooms. Great hotel that is close to the airport, but also allows for easy connections to the old and new town areas. I was surprised to find some top-notch dining options nearby. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and all spoke a good level of English, which helped me. Breakfast is not to be missed.

The hotel is ok but not better an Arche hotel
They need to remove check in express service, they do not have this service, I have called the day before and informed the hotel that I will arrive at 10:30 am, i arrived at 10:30 am, the girl in reception said i need to back at 15:00 pm for check in but, i was tired my little daughter and wife also.

The answer of our receptionist was inappropriate, although it could happened that clean rooms are not available before 2 pm, when the stay should starts, if hotel is fully booked 2 or three days in a row. Shocking unacceptable shambles
Truest shocking! Restaurant closed for maintenance so no food during the worst storm I’ve ever seen and they don’t tell you they leave a note in your room. Bar closes at 9 ! The mattress was so thin it moved across the room with me on it throughout the night. Shocking avoid this place surely leave bar open if restaurant is shut especially on a night like that! Manager need replacing along with the beds and dirty chair in the room

We were so surprised by this hotel. It was amazing. We loved being here. Some days we just enjoyed staying in and relaxing. The staff was so friendly. We felt like we made new friends with them. Very helpful and the hotel itself is lovely. Good location with convenient stores just across the street. The hotel food was great

The feeling of being welcomed was very sincere.. Also, when i had to retirn to a front dest for a charger-it was no problem to lend me one.. And, in the morning(of my one night stay, because of the flight change)..I have been reminded by the waiter in the breakfast aria, not to forget my purse(with my passport and all the credit cards and $$ in it), when I was practically leaving that part of cafeteria... Thank you all very much, Breakfast was exceptional, by the way. So is the room, with ironed sheets..

Close to airport Chopin, nice hotel with pleasant staff. Only one thing I didn’t like - it was old towels in bathroom. Very thin and falling apart.

Great hotel for its stars, price and location! Just a couple of problems. Shuttle to airport was 20 minutes late though, so don't book it too close to your flight. Also their fridge was too weak - I didn't feel food was too much cool after overnight stay in it.

No room available as arrived the hotel.
We arrived the hotel and we have been updated no room available !!! The reception said we need to move other hotel. It was late and very frustrated. They want to move us to very cheap hotel in area that we didn't like, worth 177 Zlote. .... They lie that no rooms available in other hotels....!! I make search and found room in Sofotel hotel and after argue they send us to Sofitel. They didn't give us breakfast in Sofitel. The attitude was very not nice. Instead of offer some water, coffee, and try help nicely they tried send us ASAP outside the hotel. I expecte hotela.com to give us back our money.

Perfect location , near airport. We only stayed half a night for an early flight. The reception agent was extremely helpful and pleasant. Free shuttle to the airport! Room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, convenient stay !
Very comfortable beds. Nice facilities in room : coffee pot, coffee, refrigerator And hotel : ice machine. Hotel is just across the street from tram stop ( line 7,9 15) with frequent service to downtown- Warsaw Centralna, etc. also across the street are stores: Aldi and very nearby a Lidl. Airport transfers available, but we didn’t use.
