Cosy and modern
I had a nice welcome at reception and given all the information I needed for my stay. My room was modern and cosy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast; my only feedback would be that I’d have liked some warm options too (for example bacon or warm sausages).

While the hotel facilities and rooms are to a pleasant standard, the front of house receptionist and staff mannerisms were appalling. We parked opposite their hotel, which was muddy on the night we arrived. They complained grumbled, passed angry remarks in our presence with the dirt that came off my young son's shoes. They lifted the door mat in disgust, with angry muttering and stomping and hard stares at the children. They then proceeded to blame my 1.7 kg dog saying it was dog mess, that was in my arms. Despite correcting them, they continued to blame the dog over the next 2 days and rolled their eyes every time we walked past. Never greeted or smiled our way. We were made to feel very uneasy and unwelcome through our entire stay. I felt the need to take pictures of the room condition so I would not be needlessly charged, and found myself cleaning the floor for fear of complaints. They skirted the area the children were sat in at the reception, while we waited for our room, looking in disgust. When I spoke of their manners, the receptionist remarked " because the guests complained of the smell of the mud". The guests were cheerful and even greeted our little dog, this was certainly not the case. And it would absolutely not warrant their rude manners. They may allow pets, but they most certainly are not pet friendly ..let alone child friendly. This is not a family stay hotel. My son asked for salt "Yes, you already made me so much cleaning work with your dog poo".

Noises, no privacy
Do not stay at this hotel if you need a good night's rest. Noises coming from other guests are very audible. Noises carry from other rooms and from the hallways. Door slamming, people walking - there's no sound insulation. The old wooden floor and the layout of the building is the culprit. The hotel feels like an apartment with separate rooms rather than a hotel - so be ready to hear all your other guests/roommate's noises. After two days of my stay, I requested a cancellation of the reservation because I was in Warsaw for work and couldn't get any uninterrupted sleep. The hotel didn't agree to reimburse me, instead, they offered to move me to the last floor. The last floor wasn't great either. On a positive note, the staff is nice and courteous and the rooms are clean.

Good stay in Warsaw
Good hotel, we cannot expect at this part of city. Stylish design, quiet room, good breakfast. Location is not far from old town. Tram stop is just behind the corner. Hotel has own parking, though there is a lot of space to park on street as well.

Absolutely charming hotel
Charming hotel in the Praga section of Warsaw, in a renovated building - neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but proved perfectly safe. All rooms different and interestingly furnished. Parking lot right across the street and buffet breakfast in a nice attached restaurant. Other bars/restaurants within walking distance. Try it - you won't be sorry!

The best hotel I've ever stayed...
Cons: NONE Pros: - Incredibly well decorated hotel, this is not just a typical hotel, this is a place where you feel at home, or even better =)) - Helpful and friendly staff, plus they spoke English fluently. - Private parking available if needed (for a small fee). - Located within walking distance to the downtown area. But if you prefer to take the bus or tram, there are some stops nearby too. In conclusion: This the best hotel I have ever stayed in the American and European continent! And I am not talking about luxury, any hotel can offer (and charged)you that. But the way this hotel is decorated and the service they offer to its guests, takes you to another world =)

Hotel with a difference...
Short break-difficult 1st night getting to hotel/apartment in downtown Warsaw but discovered tram following day making travel so much easier. People lovely-hotel and residents; tram drivers less so. Really enjoyed break, also felt comfortable walking around Praga in the daytime. Buoyant city, quirky hotel-B&B with lovely breakfast, also great VFM ;O)

Contemporary, cool, laidback and cosy.
Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great food and a laidback atmosphere. Located in Praga where I wanted to check out the more underground bars and parties. And only 15 minutes from central Warsaw for the more touristy stuff. Recommended.

lovely atmosphere, casual and friendly
Stalwa 52 was an easy place to get to, good service from friendly staff. Good food available and a good bar service and out door beer garden. Rooms comfy and decorated with an individual and attractive style and humour. Internet access was poor that was the only downside. Other than that, a great place.

Great Hotel
Beds and furniture were all made of (recycled?) cardboard which worked surprisingly well, with one exception - the dining table. A single central leg made it swing like a palm on an beach. I would suspect that the hotel environment is a bit more quieter than when we were there, but a major roadworks on a nearby train station had extra traffic rerouted the traffic closer to the hotel.

Great hotel; friendly staff
I stayed here with my partner for the Front-Trends Conference that took place near by. Staff: One night when we couldn't connect to the internet a lady at reception was doing her best to fix it (it was fixed within, possibly, 30 mins). She was very apologetic and was really worried about what the guests think (at least I think she thought that). Another time, when I needed another lady at reception to help me find some good restaurants near by she recommended a few good ones and offered to print out the menus. Very helpful! The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. Food: The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for that :) Rooms: We stayed at the Retro room. The room was clean and big. Despite being just opposite to the lift it was quiet. It was always cleaned so each day we came back from the conference we had a lovely clean room waiting for us. The only minus: there was no shower.

Die Kunstausstellung, die wechselt, ist super. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers überragend schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet nachhaltig und aussergewöhnlich umfangreich. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf gesunde Lebensmittel gelegt. Optisch super angerichtet.

Amazing hotel
This hotel is absolutely amazing, maybe one of the best ones I've been to when it comes to value for monev. First off it smells amazing, and apparently they have a special scent made only for them. The rooms are huge and decorated in a way that feels welcoming and at home. The restaurant has good food and you get a free wine coupon and 10% discount upon check in. Location is good, close to both metro and tram to accès the old city/ city center within 20 minutes with public transport. The old city being even closer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathroom even has glaring body wash and shampoo, never ever seen that before !! I even extended my stay by one extra night because I enjoyed the stay so much. Would definitely recommend !

Vi hade inte tillgång till restaurangen pga abonnemang. När det inte var abonnerat var det för få gäster för att ha restaurangen öppen!

Bon hôtel où on se sent à l'aise
Réservation à la dernière minute. Service nickel parfois un peu trop zélé même. Le restaurant n'est pas souvent disponible car mariages fréquents dans l'hôtel mais aucun bruits ni soucis venant de ces événements. Dernier étage sous le toit est bruyant en cas de pluie. Côté rue on entend les voitures. Un peu de marche pour la vieille ville mais tram très proche.
