OK for a short stay. Seems to have pet odors.
Positives: · Host seems friendly. Speaks Spanish, if you need that. · Gas stove was nice for a small place · Private entry · Private laundry · Has a tall, elongated toilet (but could use a soft-close seat) Fine: · Mattress was an OK firmness for me, but would probably be too soft for tall or heavy people · Listing says king-size bed, but unit has a queen · Most of host's communication was in Spanish, but the most important stuff was in English · Not toaster, but has an air fryer · Small but completely serviceable shower Negatives: · The biggest negative for me was the pet odors, and the excessive use of fragrance to cover it. I am particularly sensitive to smells; if you aren't, you may be fine. · No hooks by the door to hang coats · No electrical outlet, or lamp, by the bed · Has sheer curtains - needs black-out curtains for Alaskan summers · Almost no water pressure at the bathroom sink (probably an easy fix)
