Dear Margaret,We are sorry that you feel our pet policies are too restrictive. All guests are sent the pet policies via email when they book their reservation. In your case, it was sent to you six days before your arrival and again on the day of your arrival. We have established these policies with the comfort of all of our guests in mind. We do not allow guests who bring dogs to leave alone in the room for the day. This often leads to barking, which is frustrating for both the guests and the dog.Again, we are sorry you think this is too restrictive.
