"Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean."

"Upon arrival we were unable to unlock the door, after other tries we discovered the directions were backwards. The bedrooms were well decorated, however the master bath shower didn’t work. The other thing that didn’t work was the sliding glass doors, they were hard to open and dirty, seems like it could be a safety issue. "We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. Looking forward to our next stay.Will definitely return."

"Our stay at Jolly Roger Rd. was amazing!! We spent a lot of time in the pool. We had plenty of room for our family to get together to have a meal together, that we hadnt had in 18 years, because we all live in different states. My father has stage 4 lung cancer, so this was a much needed emotional trip, and this was the perfect home away from home."

This home is located in a prime spot. It has a fantastic view of nature. There was also plenty of people watching as the boats and kayaks went by mid day. "James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star.
