I have been using Holiday Inn for a while now. In error, I booked this hotel for the wrong day which I full take responsibility for. They were not able to accomodate me AT ALL, not even take the charge they already did to my card and book another room and let me pay the difference. Instead they told me nothing else could be done and I was stuck paying for a new room down the street. What a shame that such a large company is only after people's money and not their satisfaction. I don't see myself going back to any holiday Inn's anymore - not when so many other hotels are able to at least work with the customer to keep them coming back.
