It was good we left our do not disturb sign up the whole time and when we asked if we could come down and get extra towels they said don't worry about it we will bring some up to you.

It was an average hotel, but it was clean and I consider that a very high concern when picking my hotel. It was well worth saving money and having to drive 20 minutes to Pittsburgh than overpaying to stay in a downtown Pittsburgh hotel.

Staff was nice, but the bed was worn out. There was a big dip on the side I slept on. Couldn’t get comfortable to save my life. There was no shampoo in the container, it was empty, so the staff gave us a new one. Not enough towels and washcloths. We had to go get them from the desk. Overall they should have checked the room before giving the key, only thing that stayed positive that weekend was the staff.

While our room was not dirty or worn at all, there was pot smoke coming from a lot of rooms on all floors from all floors! We were taking a walk on the floors because they didn’t have the fitness room available. Also when we went into our room for the evening , weed smell was coming in thru our bathroom fan vent and was making us feel sick and way too much noise to sleep late into the night!

For the value paid this property was a great choice. Breakfast was awesome and well stocked and the room was in good shape. Our shower curtain did have what looked like old blood or feces on it and the blankets had some stains as well. The overall condition of the property unfortunately is super tired. Walls, carpet and doors all need to be refurbished soon. If cash is tight do one floor at a time. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes on the floor was probably the worst aspect. Otherwise we would come back and stay in a pinch.

Hotel is dated. Fourth floor reeked of weed immediately as we exited the elevator. Room we were in was SUPER small but furnishings were updated. No black out current that extended across even 1/4 of the window so street lights beamed in the window.

Only had a one night stay but would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean. Bathroom fully equipped with shampoo, soap and conditioner. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. Not just dried up donuts, Actual good food, fruit, coffee etc.

The front desk couldn’t find our reservation through hotels.com. Had to call in the hotels.com for customer service representative to calll the hotel to show that we had it booked . Process took 30 minutes. When we got our room we booked a double queen they had us in a single king. This change took another 30 minutes. Then when we got the correct room there was no bath towels. The front desk said the dryer was broken and they would send up towels. We never received them after 2 calls.

West Mifflin Visit
The listing is for rates with queen sized beds but in reality, they are double beds. You can hear everything in the halls, there was a group of young men who came back from the bars at @3:30am and you could hear them word for word. The tv blacked in and out and when i called the front desk to complain they said it was a known Direct TV issue and there was nothing they could do about it. (PS... the phone was broke in the room so called from my cell.) However, it was nice to have the fridge and microwave. There was a nice sized closet for our luggage because there wasn't room anywhere else for it. We liked being in the West Mifflin area and was an easy drive wherever we wanted to go. The room was cheap, clean and safe.

The hotel rooms where fine, but the hotel itself can use some more TLC. The carpet and floor tiles needs to be removed and replaced. The luggage dolly needs to be placed as well. The hotel room floors in certain areas you can fill the floors sinking in. The breakfast was fine but it was complementary so nothing fancy about it.

It says complimentary breakfast and we went down at 9:00 and everything was already put away The house keeper was vacuuming and woke us up outside our door at 8:30 It says on there website 17 min from stadium Not even close even without traffic Won’t be back

Really didn’t talk to the staff except for check in. Guy wasn’t really that friendly. Around 2am very noisy guests outside & then they came in to hotel & were very noisy.

Never Again
Carpet was dirty , I had to clean dirt off of shower wall and folds of the shower curtain before we could shower. The first morning there was hardly any food for breakfast because a group of construction workers had eaten most of it. The woman in charge did make us some bacon and eggs but it took awhile. The second morning we had cold coffee.
