The bed is old. The head of the bed was so noisy every time when I turned around and changed position. The lady receptionists were no smiles during the conversations. There was no breakfast at all! The worst thing was that the bugs were all over the tub the next morning which was so scared and disgusting! This was the worst experience I have ever had!

The administration workers are rude and the cleaning is zero. They do not change the sheets of the previous guest and the room is full of cockroaches.

Carpeted floors were pretty dirty, walked barefoot and it didn't take long for my feet to get dirty, almost black. Holes in walls, just looked like a dive. Mattress, you could feel the springs. Slept well regardless. Had enough plugs to charge devices, so that was fine. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Breakfast is just coffee (taste like water, not coffee) and a cup cake. But you have a lot of breakfast options nearby. The place is clean, safe, plenty of parking and everything in the room is working properly. Nothing fancy, but functionable properly. Their price is the best in town, and I have been staying at this place for 3 years.

The majority of the rooms are smoking, even though the cleaning person clean the rooms, the smell of the smoking is extremely strong. If you are not a smoker or allergy, do not go there because of the rooms are not cleans properly and the smell of the smoke.

This is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. Rooms are not as in photo's at all. First room had bugs and a filthy tub, door did not lock properly. Second room was cleaner, still felt very unsafe in the area and the room was still very disappointing. We would have found hotel and stayed at a different property if we had been earlier, but since it 1230 am we had no choice. We will never stay there or ever recommend it to anyone. Should not be on any Expedia offering either.

Hotel très très très sale, personnel pas sympa, petit déjeuner inexistant 1 café 1 gâteau à quémander à la réception. Hotel à bannir. Je ne comprends pas comment il est possible de proposer un tel taudis !!

I have NEVER had a worse hotel, or done a negative review. The photos are your website, very deceptive. Door locks barely functional, had to shake door. Big gap between door and door frame. Had to put furniture against door. Room phone did not work. I asked hotel manager ( same person that told me to shake the door to get it open) aboyt phone, she said yes some phones in the rooms dont work!! Upon my arrival to this place, there were two cop cars parked in front of property. They were in the lobby office reviewing surveillance tapes, investigating a rape, that had taken place recently and victim was in hotel room, just doors away from lobby! As a single female, I would never recommend this place! If I had not been there for a family wedding and just travelled 6 hours from 2 hours after check-in.

The room was really nice. Room 111. Most of the staff were really helpful. The parking lot got full quickly - each room has a parking place right in front of the door of the rooms, which I liked a lot. I'd not recommend it for a family vacation, but good for a single person get-away. They do have smoking rooms, which is rare now-a-days...you can smoke in front of your door as long as nobody is offended by that. The breakfast is coffee, tea, four different juices including orange, apple and cranberry. One breakfast item (as their website web site says.) If you book through a third party such as Expedia, it says "free breakfast", which is true. I got coffee, orange juice and a small Spunkmeyer blueberry muffin, which was delicious. All in all, what a nice place to stay. Liqour store is a five minute walk. The beach is a 10-15 drive away: Lake Worth Beach - the best beach around with broad sand and an expensive restaurant on a pier over the ocean.

The booking website stated that room had coffee maker. but it did not. I would have brought my single serve coffee maker with me. Site stated Breakfast, but only provided coffee, and, if you requested at the Registration Desk, the staff member would walk to another area and bring back a mini muffin for you. In addition, due to the nearness of the Interstate, the area was somewhat noisy.

This was a terrible stay. The carpet was dirty. The tub was brownish. There was a roach crawling on the floor. The bed linens had something on them. Thank goodness I brought my own blankets. The walls had patched up work done. Overall, this wasn’t worth over $100 per night that we paid, but it was a last minute booking. Just terrible inside and out.
