"Amazing location and great for a lake get away!"

"From the moment we arrived at the property and identified ourselves as the family staying at Elmo's rest, we were treated like part of the family. We arrived at the house to find everything clean and ready even though we were a couple hours early. The house is a century old so floors creak and some doors stick a bit. Everything we needed was provided and the super-clean house in a beautiful rural setting was the perfect spot to reminisce and share a delightful time together. The hostess was most accommodating and communication was a breeze. Highly recommended as a “home away from home”"

"This was the perfect property for 2 brothers and their families. The location was great for our Friday night concert at The Coves. Dinner and boat rentals are down the street at Magnum Point Marina. We enjoyed the peaceful country setting, watching the farm life, and building a camp fire."
