Dilapidated. It's being limped along. I felt like I was going to fall through the floors. They tried revamping it with fresh paint, but you can tell where corners were cut in remodeling the property.

I don’t think there’s anything unique about the property other than the front desk person was significantly interested in me and Gabe good advice and also was very efficient

Ladonna at the front desk waa extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She knows her job well and totally took care of myself and my issues while at motel. She is very energetic and always smiling. Lupe the housekeeping manager also is great at her job. Between the 2 ladies they make staying at this motel great and makes me continually want to stay at this motel when needed. Thank you lupe and ladonna. Keep up the great work!!

Staff was welcoming and informative, but the room left a LOT to be desired. Floor was gross, walls were paper thin, bed was worn out, noise was awful.

Bed was comfortable. Was mostly quiet at night. Location near I-70 for east access. Almost everything was in working order. Sam's Club gasoline roughly just one mile away from the property. 0 Shower: Will get hot water but temperature difficult to adjust. Diverter valve not fully working properly. – No hair dryer provided. – Floor not carpeted (some will consider this a plus). – Very bright lights in rear of property a nuisance.

It was the worst experience this hotel, since I arrived I had to wait to much to check in, lack of mainance, it looked good option expedia handles a deal, I was standing in line and when my turn came other person was assisted and I didn't see him In line, breakfast is horrible, no fruit or break and coffee cold if I would see the reviews I would never try this place, you can find a much better hotel a little bit more money

Staff and service was great. The main comforter had a large stain and I removed it from the bed immediately, also the sink stopper in the bathroom had a concerning amount of mold on it. Police activity in the facility during my stay.

The front desk attendant that checked me in is excellent at her job im pretty sure her name is ladonna. She works mornings at the front desk she may be the manager even and if she isnt then she should be. This was my 3rd time staying at this motel in less than a month and she was great every time. And she is one of the main reasons i come back and stay at this specific motel when im in town. Her customer service is above par and you can tell she likes her job. Thankx again

we stayed for 3 nights and they didnt offer any sort of room cleaning or even new towels or sheets. we literally had to take our used towels to the front desk to have them replaced. the room smelled. the floor was soft as if it sat on soaked floor boards. the floor was also slanted to where the desk chair on wheels had to be wedged in place so it woudlnt roll across the room. the shower curtain rod was broken so water went all over the floor when showering. random people would come and go as they please for coffee and sit in the lobby, and the only food selection was 3 cereal dispensers and small muffins in individual bags. Never again, even if the rooms were free

The second night I was there the couple in the room next door had this huge fight. All I heard all night was f.. this and f.. nig... and them shoving each other atound the room. When I called the front desk the lady said she would send somebody over but I never heard anybody. The couple eventually lefy but came back a few hours later. When I talked withe manaher the next day he wouldnt wven discount my 4 days stay. Never stay here,,this place needs a serious upgrade and a better breakfast, even waffles ante an easy offer for low hotels. feont desk the lady said

This place was SO rundown and needed serious help. Very outdated, our room had a stain in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, the sink had cracks and stains in it, the refrigerator had numerous dents and a broken handle, etc. Had we known ahead of time that it was going to be this crappy, we NEVER would’ve stayed there. Won’t make that mistake again. A terrible waste of money!

Nice staff but the building is completely run down is not handicap accessible and is just in need of a deep clean and updates on their plumbing and room finishings. The couch in my room was absolutely filthy I wouldn't even sit on it
