We do try to be as transparent as possible in regards to what the homes are stocked with. This can be found in our FAQ section. Kitchen basics are up to the owners so therefor it is an extra and not guaranteed. We certainly understand that having this may be an important personal preference. For the fire logs we do supply 2 to get our guests started however, we have boxes for purchase which we can deliver should you not have a vehicle. We will certainly pass this feedback along in hopes to improve future experiences. We hope to host you again!

Thank you for your review David! We're pleased you enjoyed your stay overall. For future stays, the underground parking spot does have stairs that lead out to very close to the entrance of the unit. Please note that we offer mid-stay cleans only for stays longer than 10 days, as your stay was 9 days long this is why there was no linen exchange. There is a washer/dryer in unit which can be used to clean towels if required. We hope to welcome you back to Whistler again soon!
