Wonderful experience. The staff was very warm with welcomes and accommodating. The loft suite was great with a sauna. It was a perfect walking distance from the Whistler Gondola. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We really enjoyed our family's stay at the Mountainside Lodge. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms provide great amenities for families. The value for the Whistler village location is tough to beat.

We had an amazing stay. The room was incredible, two floors with fireplace and a sauna inside! Amenities were great, hot tub and heated pool. Dead center in the town! Staff was incredibly nice and super clean. Big time lodge vibes!

I booked the loft room for my family's 3-day skiing trip. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and patient, and she told me how to use the combination lock to store my skis twice.They provided detailed instructions about how to find the beddings for the foldable couch.They also provided the ear plugs just in case of the noise during bedtime. But we were just too tired to be waken up after skiing a whole day. Despite the dated bathrooms, my family all agreed it's a pleasant stay and we will definitely consider to come back next time. (We had a terrible experience last year when we lived in another lodge in the Whistler village.)If there is a washing machine and a dryer in the room, it will be perfect.

The property is looking and feeling tired. It could use a large facelift inside and out. Our loft suite was okay except for the mouse and being in the noisiest part of the building… room 131… with early morning deliveries right outside our windows and the constant crowd of skiers walking 30’ away. What it does have going for it is location and convenience… being right in the village, everything is just outside the door. But having stayed in many other places in Whistler, there are nicer places to stay for the same or just slightly more money… I won’t stay here again.

Price, location, room are perfect. Staff is great. Only 2 things - 1. Very loud outside ( at night you can hear everything what is going on in the street) and 2. Jacuzzi is extremely hot ( like boiling soup) and pool too cool. And we said it to staff several times and I’m sure they tried their best, but during our stay it was impossible to chill out in jacuzzi.

Fantastic location in heart of village. We loved the loft room and trundle bed option so everyone could have their own bed. Full kitchen for easy breakfast. Highly recommend this for families with older kids and teenagers (not the best for toddlers with steep stairs to second floor). We will go back for sure.

We love coming back to Mountainside Lodge. It's in a great location at the village. We especially love close it's to the gondola & chair lift. The staff at Mountainside Lodge is super friendly.

Excellent and friendly front desk customer service. Spacious room and convenient location. The gym could use new updated treadmills/ stairmaster that can hold cell phones. Love having the lockers for ski equipment and key wristbands were very convenient.

The staff was amazing, kind, informative, and helpful. The problem was the noise level, both in the hallway and especially outdoors. Granted it was worse on Friday and Saturday, but it continued well past 2:30am. We think it didn’t help to have thin windows. We loved the location though.

Loved the apartment-style rooms. We were a group of 4 and with the 1 bdrm and a pull out couch, it was perfect for us. Kitchen well equipped. And having two full washrooms was a plus. Conveniently located in the village and close to the free parking lot.

Great location. It is in the center of the village and minutes walk to store and gondola. Front desk service is nice and prompt. The loft has a dry sauna inside. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary stuffs including washing sponge and detergent. The two floor setting is comfortable and cozy for a family of 4.

Great location! Very homey room!
Location in the village and to the hill was amazing! Kitchen was really well stocked - we cooked full breakfast every day. They sauna in our room was a great touch. Laundry facilities were clean and low price.

Definitely not the the most modern/ renovated stay in Whistler however the staff/ service I received while staying was absolutely spectacular. Wonderful staff and extremely friendly. Will be my stay of choice whenever visiting Whistler!
