Great place to stay.

Such a great stay! Clean and helpful staff

We arrived on Saturday June 6, 2026 around 4:30pm. The room was picked for us at the front desk. That was the type of reservation we had. So we got the room and it was very clean however the bathroom goodies were not there. Usually hotel rooms have those things. Like little soaps, bath wash or lotion or conditioner. I did not see anything of that sort in the bathroom. However there were plenty of towels and paper products like tissue. The room was really basic and nice. Two supper soft and comfy beds and very fresh smelling room. We had to call the front desk to inquire about the pool and was told that we needed a reservation for the pool area and there was a substantial cost for space of a lounge chair to be in the pool area. I was thinking that if we are paying $500.00+ a day, I would think the pool goes with that extensive pricing of a hotel stay. Guess those days are over and Al A Carte, charging for services outside of the actual stay at the hotel. I was taken back by that. Also on our floor the ice machine did not work and we had to walk down a floor down to get Ice for our room. One nice event was being able to eat for free at Romans Grill in Caesars for those who had a card for Caesars Rewards card for the hotels casino. We went to enjoy the London October, Eric Bonet, Laila Hathaway concert at Boardwalk Hall, and the hotel was very conveniently closely located to that Hall.

We enjoyed our stay - staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were recently renovated - combination of retro and new. The kitchenette was functional and supplied well.

my room was in the ocean tower, old but maintained. Only thing is the room had a very small bathroom, 1 person max. Contrast that with their rendezvous tower....huge bathroom and decor Desk chair in my room is way to short to do work on the desktop
