"Our experience was horrible. We texted host during our entire stay with disappointing resolutions. First cabin was so dirty we couldn’t sit on couch or shower. It smelled so foul we couldn’t pin point the odd smell, it seemed to not be clean overall. We couldn’t get past the smell. Hosts resolution was smelly diffuser dropped off by 2nd set of cleaners coming thru. I explained I expected hotel clean and hotels don’t use smelly stuff to make it smell clean.
