The staff was friendly , and there are many things to do at this resort, I would say the rooms are outdated and need to be completely revamped, and the cleanliness is not up to par, as cleaning could certainly be much better than what it was I could see dust particles in my room where housekeepers likely skip over.

The problem is mostly with AC itself, just seems to belosingg steam

Easily one of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in. The pillows were comfortable, the sheets and comforter were soft, and the night stands were the perfect distance from the bed, while not being too crowded by big phones or clocks. The room was nice and big with easy to set temperature, and the whole property was nice and quiet. There was a decent variety at breakfast (really tasty sausage) and the breakfast was different for the two mornings we were there, which was nice to see! Other places I've stayed, they always offered the same breakfast every morning. The bed was definitely the best part, though. My partner and I were saying we wish we could have stayed in bed longer/more/more days, but we were just here for a busy baby shower weekend. Oh! And the TV was nice and easy to operate and had Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and lore channels, which was nice!
