Nice location, great breakfast, Room 6 was lovely and spacious and had gas fireplace to provide some extra warmth on a couple of cold and windy nights and all staff were very pleasant and kind.

We stayed in the very cozy Isaac Hull room. We loved the electric fire place and the view of the mountains was spectacular! Breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

Charming and quaint historic inn comfortable and nicely decorated with excellent breakfast. Just off the beaten path in historic town of Jackson. Very convenient to the main attractions and restaurants in the area.

I liked the fact they had a hot tub. The staff was friendly and the inn was quaint, and price was reasonable.

Great little inn
A super cute inn run by friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Our room was very cozy and looked over the mountains. Great location in Jackson with areas like North Conway and Crawford Notch nearby. Breakfasts were delicious and rates were very reasonable.

check and recheck your room type and bathroom/bed!
The room we had booked was not the one we got. #9 as shown on the website, #2 is what we got. I mentioned upon entering that we had our rez # and it was for #9, quickly hurried off to a key for #2, wasn't shown the room. The bed was sagging! had to put pillows under mattress, assumed bath was conventional, not! couldn't use that old claw tub.after 3 nites,glad to be home, we slept for 12 hours!!

Hello Michael,We are sorry that you thought the room the third party booking company used as an example on their site made you think that was the one you were getting. Their system automatically places reservations in the first available room of queen bed, victorian. If you had called or written a note in the reservation we could have done something for you. The mattress is brand new so I am not sure why you perceived it as saggy. We replaced the broken toilet seat without charge to you even though your wife had broken it while putting her socks on. Glad you made it home safely

I was so disappointed when we got to the Jackson Inn. The awning over the stairs was dirty and worn, the concrete stairs were spauling. When we entered through the door, it smelled like a summer cottage just being opened for the year. The hall carpet didn’t look clean and over one step was not fastened properly. I paid over $200. a night for a room that was shabby and worn. There were 2 newer night tables but the finish on the sleigh bed was worn off in spots and the table with the tv was stained as was upholstery on one chair. The worst was the mold in the caulking of the tub surround. The bathroom was worn and unattractive too. I thought that I had read enough reviews before I booked but clearly I had not. The breakfast was good and the people running the inn were very nice. But, that just wasn’t enough.

Very cozy! We enjoyed the inn very much. It was a great place to relax or even meet new friends! We were able to easily walk to dinner which was great. Breakfast was very good, we loved it!

Lovely. What a cute B&B. Michelle the inn keeper was so kind. The breakfast was amazing. Keurig, coffee pods, community mini fridge, ice machine, dishes in the lobby area. Bed was comfy. Room was large and very clean. Heating and A/C in room. About 15 minutes from mount Washington 10 from Conway. Perfect for my weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend this place 10/10.

No fridge, microwave or elevator. No phone in room. No clock or radio. Breakfast hours 8-9, not much use if planning on travelling. A motel 8 has vastly superior rooms at half the price. I made a mistake booking that place

Hello William,I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our website covers all of the amenities in our rooms and our guest service area. We also state we do not have an elevator in our building as it was built in 1902 as a private residence. The historic value of architect Stanford White has been kept throughout the years by the multiple owners. Due to our NH food license we do the 3 sittings per morning. We agree it has it's shortcomings. But thank you for trying us. Please except our apologies.

The Inn is very charming and centrally located to many area attractions. I love that you pass through a covered bridge to get there. The breakfast can’t be beat and the rooms are clean.

What a great stay we had! The Inn at Jackson has a quiet, relaxing but sociable feel to it. We appreciated the no kids rule to help with that vibe. The innkeeper, Michelle is excellent at what she does. She'll make sure you're enjoying your stay and that you have everything you need. We liked that we were able to be self-sufficient, whether that was helping ourselves to extra toiletries and linen or using the glassware, fridge, or coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the bar area (bring your own libations). Breakfast each morning was excellent. We met some great couples and enjoyed sharing our adventures while sitting on the screened in porch. We will definitely be back again when we stay in the area!

Would not recommend.
We arrived at 7. No one to greet us. Ended up on third floor in a made over attic with no elevator. It was in the low 40's outside and the heat would not work in our room. We froze. Shower stall was very old and damaged. Repair job was awful and looked like blood stains. Breakfast was good but really nothing special.
