"The ac didntbworkngood the elevators didn't work after ibgotbin mybroom and I havevback problems and its hard for me to climb the stairs no accommodations where mad until after i finally made ut back upstairs i ask for towels didn't get them untiln5 minutes before check out time"

"Room was clean, I was really impressed by the smell in the hallway, breakfast was delicious and I like the fact that it was available until 10:00, the guy that checked me in was very polite and really nice, staff was super friendly, the indoor pool and hot tub was my son’s favorite! Really enjoyed our stay!"
