Everything was great until a maid decided not to knock on my door & let herself in while I was watching tv, I did not request housekeeping. This happened twice , the second time she knocked but did not give me time to answer door & let herself in again, I am not happy about this .
Everything was great…. Great property, staff and food. Would have given 5 stars, but we were not happy with the $15 per day Boutique fee we were charged without fore warning. Don’t mind paying for something I am aware of. Would love to use this establishment in the future, but that hidden cost is a deterrent.

I didn't like a few things the best part was the club social area. Hotel is very depressing the colors I hate. The furniture all out dated doesn't match with anything. The bathroom is the worst to to small No where to rest suitcase either. Curtain old out dated. I was deeply disappointed. The staff wasn't knowledgeable when asked questions. This was three days I definitely regretted. There is so much more to this encounter just don't have the energy to relive it all again

At check in was given a coupon for a free appetizer (tapas) in their restaurant. When paying for our dinner which was close to $100, the bar tender told us the coupon was not good for a free appetizer (tapas). Wouldn't have gone to the restaurant if hadn't received the coupon,

While the staff was very friendly, and the room itself seemed clean, building was old and had an old smell about it. The surrounding area in the town was not very nice, and did not seem safe in the evening hours. The parking lot had a lot of garbage in it.

I liked the NoMa social. Its right in the hotel. Its a great place eat and vibe at night.

Watch out for extra charges, some kind of bouquet charge "which nobody was able to explain what is was for

There is a “Boutique” fee per day…what a devious practice considering there were no special events, entertainment nor a swimming pool available due to season. I was told a small hold would be placed on my cc for “incidentals” I was also told my stay for hotel taxes and fees were paid through Expedia in full. When checking out we were charged the “Boutique” fee. The desk person said Expedia doesn’t know about this fee. I feel as though I’ve been ripped off through no fault of my own. I will think very carefully before ever booking with No Ma again.

The stay was horrible, first was put in a room infront of elevators! Then switched rooms and next morning fire alarm sounds at 7am! Absolutely no one offered anything and changed us boutique fees??? Far from any boutique and not a care in the world about our 2 night stay!!!

Not very impressed with the hotel and its setting. Walked into a not so impressive lobby with the smell of cleaning products. The way to the room was clean but the room looked old and weary in spite of their modern decor. The bathroom had leaks from the bathtub and the toilet seat was scary to sit on. The faucet didn’t fit the sink well as all of the water poured out of the sink. The heater system made noises throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Not the least, I will not be staying here anymore.
This Hotel was fine on the surface but the idiots that run it somehow thought that having a night club with Rock Concert level Music blaring throughout the entire Hotel all the way up to my 5th floor was a good idea. After a long day of driving over 7 hours I was woken up by the music just after 11pm.
I went down to the lobby multiple times and they said there was NOTHING they could do. The music did not stop until 3am. I got barely 3 hours of sleep until I had to get up and drive home to Boston. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. Thankfully Expedia gave me a Full refund.
