“Very nice”

“This was my second stay here and it was just as amazing as the first! Very clean place, quiet neighborhood, parking literally steps away from the door is a HUGE bonus. Host responds fairly quickly and is very sweet! Check in was very easy and quick no issues at all. WiFi is also a bonus but seemed to work fairly spotty in the bedroom but worked amazing in the living room!Although I didn’t use the kitchen much it is well equipped and enough room to make a quick meal. There were waters in fridge……

“The property was perfectly located for our stay and the property was exactly as described. Communication with the host was also very timely and the instructions for check-in/out. The property was very clean and if we were to come back to LA we would stay at this property again.”

“Came in from AZ, check in took longer than expected as there was an internet issue(?). Interior is as pictured, just a little smaller than anticipated. Very clean, and cozy. Never able to connect to the Wifi. Drive to Disneyland was about 35 mins or 50 per trip to Uber. Cleaning fee is a bit high for the space. Overall happy with the accommodations and would recommend.”

“There were cob webs and spiders all over the base boards and the bottom of furniture and in kitchen. The kitchen cabinets had a stickiness to them as if they haven't been cleaned in years. The dishwasher wasn't working and the refrigerator light was out, also had an odor. The bathroom had cob webs and spiders as well at the base of the vanity and shower. The shower it self was nasty with mildew and not clean. On the plus side, the bed sheets were clean and fresh. This house is cute with the……
