This Stay Bridge Hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is a bit older but extremely well kept up, clean, some nice extras and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our room was extremely dirty. The walls were nasty carpet was stained and tile was sticky. The shower was broken and the shower curtain was dirty and moldy. We ended up not staying at the property. We went back downstairs and asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was close to nice restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and responsive. Great place for families.

Very sorry to hear about your stay. Looking at our Quore notes I didn't see anything reported so we could go up and fix these issues. As far as guest laundry our staff wasn't made aware of any issues. I do apologize again.

This was one of the best stays I have had in the Wichita area for a family of 6. The breakfast was hot, the variety was amazing, & the staff kept the areas clean and full. Now the rooms...beds were soft, pillows nice, kitchen, easy to navigate. But the couch...it was hard as a rock, the chair was very worn (hardly any cushion left) and the fabric was torn up. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone.

Quiet location, conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean, spacious, & had a kitchenette. We will definitely stay here again when in Wichita.

Perfect getaway spot
This is my favorite place to take a break from things. I absolutely love this hotel as does the rest of my family. From the fire pit, bbq grill, pool, theater room and buffet style breakfast to the rooms, this place more than satisfies. The location is awesome too. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

I accidently left my wedding ring on the counter at the hotel and the front desk was very helpful with checking for it and making sure it was safe until we were able to return and pick it up.

You know what I loved? This place was exactly what I expected from the description! It was exactly as advertised! That’s rarely my experience. The room, the breakfast, the pool, the fitness room, the movie room—all nice, all there, all in working order!

I have never reviewed a property before but felt the need to on this one. We showed up and found out that the pool was closed for both days we were there....which was very disappointing for my kids. When we checked in we were told the water would be shut off at 10:00am the next morning. When we went to take showers that evening we didn't have hot water. They did bring us a key to use a shower in another room but it was very inconvenient with two kids. I understand that water issues happen but what was irritating was that we weren't offered at least a discount.

There were some minor repairs that the facility needed to make, and the cleanliness wasn't awful but not what I would expect from an IHG hotel normally. The TV in the bedroom didn't work for some reason. The hallways were uncomfortably hot. But the staff was very friendly and check-in was super quick. The breakfast amenities were wonderful and they had so much to choose from.

This hotel worked well for our family of six. Plenty of space, very clean, and attentive staff. In fact when we needed sheets for our sofa bed they brought it up to us. A big plus for us was the kitchen area and the breakfast. My daughter has celiac so being able to bring her food or cook on the stove top is a must. The breakfast had so many choices as well, that the staff kept stocked. We would stay here again.

Poor experience
Very poor this time. Was blood on side of bath tub. Leg on Hide a bed was was bent bad so was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Used a diferent card to make reservation then the one for incidentals. When we went to check out next morning they had charged both cards for room. Now we have to wait for refund.

Room was dirty and in disrepair
The room was in great disrepair. The rug was dirty and wrinkled. The bathroom door had to be closed firmly or swung into the room, The whole room felt dirty. It was poorly decorated. It was incredibly noisy all night long, from the room above us and the outside traffic. I would never rate this as an 8 to 10 which it was. I'd call it a 2.

Worth the price
We were quite happy with our stay, the desk clerk was helpful and friendly and the room was clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. The breakfast menu was posted for the full week, and differed each day, but there were proteins, carbs, fruits, and both hot and cold options.
