“Nice stopover stay. The air conditioning was loud and a bit cold, though. Couldn't figure out how to turn it down/off.”

“Breakfast was good - the fresh belgian waffles were an unexpected plus! It says continental so wasn't expecting that. Staff were friendly and no issues parking. ”

“Breakfast was terrible, and we woke up on our 2nd morning with no water in the facility. So we left without shower, going to the bathroom, or able to brush our teeth. Won’t be going back there”

“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“What kitchen?? amenities, small tube of shampoo and towels no hand soap the room could use a deep clean but there were no bugs”

“3 families stayed each in separate rooms for the weekend. Our room everything you plugged in wouldnt stay in the outlets and we were left with ¼ roll of toilet paper and none in the room. The shower was extremely hot then extremely cold and back and fourth while getting a shower making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. Then on top of that there was no water pressure, my wife couldn't even wash her hair with the water pressure... one of the other families with us found pills stuck in……

“Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!”

“The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.”
