Great place for a group!
We had a great stay here! We had a group of 9 friends for a little 30th birthday trip. It was a great location for what we were doing--we floated down the Russian River (15 minute drive to the starting point) and went to Russian River Brewery (10 minute walk--so convenient!). The backyard was the best part; the hot tub and fire pit were great for just spending chill time with friends. The kitchen was well-appointed and parking was easy (large driveway plus pretty easy street parking).

Lovely large home in great neighborhood but...
Loved the size of the home, had plenty of room for our family with 4 bedrooms & a game room in the garage. Backyard is fantastic w/ grill, gas fire pit & hot tub (as well as comfy chairs). We would stay here again but know I had to contact owner at 3 pm as we were driving to home from SFO about code for door as we would be arriving at 4 pm (check-in time). It made me uncomfortable that we did not have this at least earlier in day & that I had to contact them. On arrival, house was not very clean. Kitchen island was sticky, glasses & the little kitchen items there (not easy to cook food for 6 people with so few kitchen items)- many were dirty, vents have A LOT of heavy dust, cobwebs on dining room light etc...as others also mentioned, kitchen sponge dirty & general feeling of not being well cleaned. There are no instructions for how to leave property on departure - I received a text message morning of departure but by that time we were already on plane at SFO - a 1.5-hour ride from house... Home has a lot of potential but needs to work on these things imho.

Family Fathers Day Getaway
The location is great and the house is beautiful. It could use some extra cleaning supplies and basic cooking items, such as dish sponges and measuring cups. Yvonne is great to work with and provides videos on how to work items around the house which was super helpful. It was a great weekend.

Lovely house in wine country
We had a wonderful stay at this house in Windsor. Great location just a few minutes away from Healdsburg and world-class wineries. The house was very clean and had ample space for 5 adults, with a nice backyard seating area, a firepit and a hot tub. Re: checking in I did have to call the owner twice and text him to get the access information, but once we were in the house communication was great.

Beautiful home in a convenient and quiet neighborhood
The house was spacious and quiet. The back yard was very pretty and nice to hang out in. The location is great. Russian River brewery was a short walk away and the town square is also just a mile away. I would definiately stay here again!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway to Wine County
10 of us stayed in the house with plenty of room! The check-in process was smooth and the hosts were extremely accommodating with our requests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to cook breakfast and dinner. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of room to park in the driveway and on the street. We also took advantage of the table tennis and air hockey in the garage. Overall we had an amazing visit and would definitely stay here again!

Great central location and very quiet
This was a girls family week and we haven’t all been together in many years. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and hot water and the location was great for day trips. However the house and the outside space were not very clean. The hot tub also was not ready to be used and the water was not clean so we were all disappointed to not feel comfortable using it. There also were no clean sponges for doing dishes but only a dirty, used one. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay together in the house.

Girls Weekend
It is a great location for wine tasting and the home is spacious. The owner did not respond to text or messages on VRBO but did pick up if called. The house was not cleaned very well especially in the kitchen. Also trash on the dinning room chair. The jacuzzi was not used since after 40 minutes trying to warm it up and still not hot, so turned it off. House heater had an issue and owner responded, but it made it uncomfortable at times. We were not notified a repair person was coming over to look at it. Day we were leaving the toilet clogged. A lot of minor things but it did impact trip at times.

Two thumbs up!!
Super clean house that accommodated our family of 9 as we attended a family member's wedding and festivities. I was complemented with a "two thumbs up" from my daughters-in-law when they saw the inside of the house. Unfortunately it was the hottest week-end of the year, so we were unable to enjoy the hot tub and back yard. We were so thankful for the ping pong table and air hockey to help entertain the kids. The hosts were great in communicating and were available if we needed anything. A great find and we hope to revisit so we can explore the beautiful area more thoroughly.

Overall our stay was great. The property location is close to everything. We were able to do breweries one day and wineries the other days. The surprise game room setup in the garage was a big hit. Bedrooms were nicely stocked. I would recommend a hair dryer for the bathrooms as it’s not something people usually travel with. I would also recommend a blower for the back yard. The trees leave a lot of stuff on the furniture, it would be nice to be able to just blow it off. Overall a great property and we would definitely book it again!
