The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids

The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort.

Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight.

Stayed in a Woodland Village lodge. Staff were all so helpful and the breakfast served in the restaurant was more than ample. Lodge was clean and cleaners called every day. Boys loved cracking the code and finding lanyards and Lego in the safe. Would highly recommend a stay at Legoland Woodland Lodges

Everything was fine. It’s a busy resort with a lot of turnover, so they need things to be built for efficiency. The escape room style gift for kids was a nice treat
