“Staff was nice, even though I arrived late. Room was clean and cool.”

“The room had ants in the bathroom sink. The room was as old and needed updated. Porcelain in the sink was cracked and I’m sure leaking. There was highway noise all night due to the highway frontage. The pool was tiny. The pictures online are very deceiving. The breakfast didn’t have much of a selection. Definitely not worth the money they charged for the stay. We will stay elsewhere next time”

“False advertising and completely unacceptable. The address provided by Expedia led to an American Best Value Inn in Knob Noster, but there was no sign identifying the hotel I booked and no clear indication that the property listed on Expedia was located there. There was also no way to reach the front desk. When I arrived at the address, the hotel appeared to be located behind the main building. There were two separate buildings, and the property looked very shady and more like an apartment……

“Overall, the room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The room smell musty and had an interesting odor. Location was convenient for my stop. The breakfast included was minimal. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool unfortunately was covered during my stay.”
