Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was spotless. Property was decorated for fall and Halloween, our 3 year old granddaughter loved it. One of the best breakfast selections I’ve seen at a hotel, and the morning staff was friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again when visiting Sedalia.

This property is so cute (railroad theme) and well maintained. The lobby was decorated for the fall. The breakfast buffet is substancial. They only do maid service on request but you can request new towels or trash emptied. After 2 nights, I requested a room refresh and it was done. There is an indoor pool, small fitness room and washer and dryer for use. It is conveniently located.

Affordable but a bit outdated. Musty smelling. Clean linens and a great mattress. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Probably as good as it gets in rural Missouri.

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Great stay over all. One complaint about 9;30 pm people occupying the room above came in and sounded like a heard of horses for an hour stomping around. Will stay again when in that area but will ask for a room on the upper floor.
