“We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work. 1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. Everything was wet feeling and bathing suits wouldn't dry. 2) The mold in the wainscot in the shower has black mold which every dangerous. There was also mold in he shower and on the curtain. 3) There were no...

“The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. “Sister trip and we all loved our stay”

“I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

“Loved that parking was included and convenient. The location was perfect for watching the sunsets and walking to stores and restaurants. The unit had everything we could need but with the food options around, we ate out rather than cook. Found great shops for records and books! Very relaxing!”

“The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.”

“Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. View was incredible. Loved our stay here!”

“It's a great location, great condo and great owner all wrapped up in one! I needed a last minute condo and the location was perfect. It's close to everything on the riverwalk. Andrew is extremely easy to deal with and very prompt to emails. I'll definitely be back for sure!”

“This was such a great experience. The location was fantastic. The communication was perfection. Highly recommended. ”

“Great location!”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, at a great location, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for two people for the week. We are so glad we decided to stay, and was a great budget-friendly stay for a spring beach trip.”
